Everything you need to know about planning your event with us
Our booking process includes: 1) Initial consultation, 2) Venue viewing, 3) Proposal submission, 4) Contract signing with 50% advance payment, 5) Detailed planning meetings, 6) Final payment before the event.
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for weddings and major events. For corporate events, 1-2 months is sufficient. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.
We have preferred vendors who are familiar with our venues. However, we allow external vendors with prior approval, subject to a vendor fee and compliance with our policies.
Cancellations made 90+ days before the event receive 75% refund, 60-90 days receive 50% refund, 30-60 days receive 25% refund, and less than 30 days are non-refundable. Force majeure situations are handled case by case.
Yes, we offer special room rates for event guests. We can block rooms in advance and provide transportation between venues and accommodations.
